Working With challenging parents
Understanding your client's situation and realizing they're going through a difficult time is just scratching the surface. Some parents may want to vent, control visit locations, not appear to visit, arriving late on a consistent basis, or make negative allegations about your business. Learning skills on conflict resolutions will maintain peace throughout your service. Better prepare yourself in learning from real life examples by taking this advanced education module.

How to Redirect Children
Most children are excited to see their parents and visits run smoothly from beginning to end. But, how about the child who refuses to exit a vehicle, a child who runs away from the parent during a visit, a parent who has a difficult time redirecting the child, or says they don't want to go on the visit? Many monitors have come face to face with some of the most challenging situations as these. You need to ensure that the child's safety is at the forefront of your service. If you want to obtain advanced knowledge on how to redirect children, complete the form below.
