Our Professional Services

Parents are their children’s first teachers, and when the child’s education starts at birth, he or she will learn from you on what's acceptable and right. Moving forward positively is the best option as your family is experiencing a transition.

Here at California Family Visitation, it is encouraged for families to continue to do the activities that they enjoy and love. Make our visitation center your touchdown location, and let's venture from there!
What are supervised visit?
Supervised visits are monitored by a professional neutral third-party who has been highly trained and skilled in compliance with the State of California requirements. The visit supervisor is present at all times of the visit while documenting the interactions between the family without any personal opinions or conclusions of the provider.
WHY HAS THE COURT ORDERED SUPERVISED VISIT/EXCHANGES?
To ensure the family's safety. A judge will decide that a professional third-person should be present to monitor the contact between you and your child or when you and the other parent exchange your child for visitation with the other parent.
What are supervised Safe-exchanges?
Supervised exchange refers to the supervision of the transfer of the child from one parent to another for the purpose of visitation with the non-custodial parent. Supervised exchange is sometimes also referred to as monitored exchange or neutral pick-up and drop-off of the child. This service may be facilitated with or without a court-order.
will I see the other parent at the center?
No. Both parties must follow separate arrival/departure times scheduled by the center. This is necessary for a smooth transition of a child(ren) from one parent to the other.
Do i contact the other parent about the schedule?
No. Our service includes assistance with communicating the visitation/exchange schedule such as confirmations, cancelations and rescheduling.
Can I visit with my child(ren) outside of the center?
We provide services at our "play-house" visitation center including visits in public areas and or in-home visits (case-by-case). Your court order may specify where visits/exchanges must take place.
HOW DO I GET STARTED TODAY?
Both parties must complete the process of an intake orientation. This is the process to review the judge's orders and completion of paperwork. Begin by completing the contact form below.
